New Jersey Doula Learning Collaborative
For Doulas by Doulas.
Dear New Jersey Doula Community,
The New Jersey Doula Learning Collaborative announces a significant milestone in the evolution of our organization. Starting in July 2024, the NJDLC will be transitioning into three regional hubs across the state: North Jersey, Central Jersey, and South Jersey. This change is designed to better serve our community doulas and enhance the ability of the NJDLC to provide localized support and resources to doulas and the families they serve.
This regional hub model will enhance accessibility to training for new doulas to join our workforce, foster stronger community connections, and tailor our programs to better address the specific needs of each region.
Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing more detailed information about the specific locations and leadership of each regional hub, as well as how this change will impact ongoing projects and initiatives. We will also be hosting a virtual town hall meeting on July 17 to answer any questions you may have and to gather your input on how we can make this transition as smooth as possible.
We appreciate your continued support and patience as we shift into this exciting new chapter. Together, we can strengthen our community and enhance the support that doulas provide to families across New Jersey.
